Apr 07 2015 · I bought a Povlsen double cut wide band mill that uses slightly crowned wheels for better tracking and 5" wide double cut bands. The guy I bought the milll from was using 2" wide bands on the leading edge of the crowned wheels by adjusting wheel/blade tracking and installing blade guides with a back flange or a roller bearing that the back edge of the band contacts.
